We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was easy to find and close to the beach, making it convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff members we encountered were nice. Despite the language barrier, they made efforts to communicate with us, even getting someone on the phone who spoke a bit of English. The hotel facilities were also great, and we had access to parking for our convenience.

Great Ocean View, Superb Customer Service During our romantic escape, we experienced a great ocean view from our room, which was truly breathtaking. the hotel staff was also incredibly helpful and provided superb customer service. the hotel was located in a prime location, providing easy access to popular tourist destinations.
Poor Room Condition, Unhygienic Bedding Unfortunately, the room condition was not up to our expectations. the bed was unhygienic, and the bedding had an uncomfortable lumpy texture.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short distance from the beach. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to easily walk to the seaside and soak up the sun.
The room we were assigned to had a strong smell of cigarettes, despite requesting a non-smoking room.

The hotel had a convenient location and was easy to find. The staff member I met was friendly, but we had trouble communicating due to language barriers. However, she did try to assist me by putting me on the phone with someone who spoke a bit of English. the hotel offered a sea view that was enjoyable.
The room was not up to standard which made my stay uncomfortable. Despite paying extra for a sea view, the room was located on the first floor facing a street and a restaurant.
